Cisco Acquired SolveDirect

March 26th news, Cisco announced on Monday, that it would acquire SolveDirect, a cloud service management solution provider.
 
SolveDirect, founded in 2000, headquartered in Vienna, Austria, has more than 220 customers around the world, mainly providing cloud-based intelligent IT service management integration solutions. Through its solutions, enterprises can better support its users.
 
Hilton Romanski, director of Cisco corporate business development, responsible for the work of acquisition, said: "SolveDirect will help Cisco to expand the current intelligent IT services to global customers, partners and retailers in the ecological system."
 
After the completion of the transaction, SolveDirect team will be added to the Division of Cisco Services, report to Cisco senior vice president Mala Anand.
 
Cisco did not disclose the price of the deal, but it is expected to be finished in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2013.
