Ask: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Of course, we ship by TNT, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS or by air/sea to worldwide. We can even ship to your DHL, UPS or FedEx account on collect basis. You can also choose to use your own carrier, we will give the products to them. We provide you with the widest selection of shipping methods as well as the highest level of products.
Ask: How do I determine shipping rates?
Answer: You can call the toll free numbers of the above side courier companies to check or you can check with your carrier. You can also ask us about the Freight estimates, usually our rates may be better. (Because prepay at the shipper side the rate is lower)
Ask: How long will it take to deliver?
Answer: Products usually will be shipped within 24-48 hours (except weekends) once we get your payment. We ship out our international orders quickly. After that, it depends on the method of delivery you have chosen when you placed your order.
Ask: Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?
Answer: We can also provide the tracking information for items valued over US$20 so that you can feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If shipping via companies like DHL, UPS or FedEx, these companies will give the tracking number so that you can track the shipment on their website. We strongly suggest you select a shipping option that provides a tracking number.
Ask: Will I still have to pay duties on my package?
Answer: Duties are not included in our pricing. All importation charges will be paid by you.
