We ship by TNT, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS or by air/sea to worldwide.

We can also provide the tracking information for items valued over US$20 so that you can feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. Products usually will be shipped within 24-48 hours (except weekends) once we get your payment.
Due to Post Office processing time, your item may leave Hong Kong after 2-4 days though we send out your product within 48 hours, please notice it.
The number of days shown for each shipping option is measured from the date Ingellen transfer your order to a shipping company, and not the date you place your order with Ingellen. The time it takes for your order to arrive will vary based upon product availability (orders may be held until all products in the order are ready to ship), and other factors: including your destination address, how quickly we can package the items for shipment and what type of shipping method you have selected. Ingellen can not guarantee the certain day of the item arrival.
