Warranty And Return Policy

We offer three years warranty and accept defective item’s return.

Our goal is to make our customers completely satisfy with their purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days since the purchase date. You will be responsible for the freight of returned product, but we will be in charge of sending you the replacement.

All the returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as before. Please inspect your package carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We will replace the defective item right away or will give full refund.

No returns will be accepted without any notifying in advance. You must return the items via a traceable method. Please email Service@ingellen.com or call +852 3971 1850 before the return. You will be refunded by the same payment method that the purchase was made. Once we get the intact returned items, we will refund you right away.
